CURRENT POSITION

· I work for the London Stock Exchange Group as the Manager of the Information Services Professional Solutions department for Italy.
· In the role, I manage projects for the market infrastructure in the following areas: Regulatory Services, Information Services and Data Feed Management.
· I personally entertain the institutional communications between the National Competent Authorities (CONSOB and Borsa Italiana SpA), the institutional investors (both financial institutions and issuers) and the market.
· I run the commercial and communication relationship regarding the Information Providing Platform with the whole listed companies present in the circuit of Borsa Italiana SpA, the Milan Stock Exchange.
· I am also responsible for the business development of the financial communication services of RNS (Regulatory News Service) for the investors in the Italian market.
· Based in Italy, often on business trip to coordinate and develop the cooperation with the NCAs and the European Security and Markets Authority (ESMA). 
· Hierarchically report to the Head of Information Services Professional Solutions, while functionally to the Head of RNS of London Stock Exchange.

Major Achievements:            

Coordinate on time and on budget all the activities related to the business process re-engineering of the GRC Management for the centralized HQ Group Finance and Administration Dept., for the 12 Group’s Legal Entities and for 900 branches located between the whole Italy country and the EU countries, with a particular focus on regulations related to out of territory claims handling and payment, premium payment and risk engineering activities.

Directly report to the Group Finance and Administration Director and lead 5 people. 

Manage the communication hub activities for a new ERP adoption project (total costs >5M€) among the Group Finance and Administration Dept and related users, the Damage Liquidation Offices and the Account Managers for the whole Italy country.

Provide highly specialized consulting to the MGA (Managing General Agency) of the Group in the sectors of Engineering and Fine Art, for risks above the limits of 25M€.

Major Data and Achievements:

I held the responsibility for the timely delivery and quality products for AllSecur, a start-up Insurance Company of Allianz group, based in the Netherlands.
I personally supported the Italian Service Platform and Holland IT departments to let the expected expense constantly matching with current plans and teams. 
I worked closely with the Client team (28 people) in different geographical locations (Paris, Amsterdam and Milan) to ensure agreement of business requirements, infrastructure and application design, preparation and management of project plans, and successful testing (UAT) and deployment of each project.
